Application and scope
These service terms describe use of Paranormal Radar, provided by the app developer reachable at maxyang624@gmail.com. The software licence is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement unless a custom EULA is supplied in the App Store. These service terms supplement that licence and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Entertainment and safe use
The app combines magnetic-field readings with fictional radar visuals and atmospheric effects. It does not detect ghosts, spirits or paranormal entities. Simulated readings are labelled when a supported sensor is unavailable. Do not rely on the app for medical, scientific, navigation, emergency or safety decisions. Respect private property, others’ privacy and local laws; do not use it while driving or in unsafe locations.
First experience and Pro
One initial radar experience includes up to 30 seconds of active scanning. Calibration, background pauses and purchase screens do not count toward that time. Further scans and new recordings require Pro. The current Pro offer is a non-consumable one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. The first experience does not automatically charge you. Pro unlocks all scan modes, recording and additional themes; saved reports and existing recordings remain accessible without Pro.
Price, restoration and refunds
The price and currency displayed in Apple’s purchase confirmation apply. A lifetime unlock means a one-time licence to the purchased Pro features while the app is available and compatible; it is not a guarantee of perpetual hosting or every future separate product. Restore Purchases is available in Settings and on the purchase screen using the Apple Account associated with the purchase. Apple processes payments and refund requests under its rules and applicable law. Existing valid legacy subscriptions, if any, retain access while active and are managed in Apple Account subscription settings.
Recordings and content
Record only when you have the permissions and consent required by law. You remain responsible for recordings and content you share. App artwork, software and other developer materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your recordings and reports are stored locally; keep copies of anything important. Device changes, app removal or storage issues can affect local data.
Availability and responsibility
Sensor accuracy and availability vary with device hardware, nearby electronics, magnets and the environment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of fictional entertainment outputs. To the extent permitted by law, use is subject to the warranties and liability provisions of the applicable software licence. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
